Strategic Thinking is interwoven throughout university level MBA courses, which demonstrates its importance. Introduction to the Certified Business Plan

It is an unfortunate fact that even though so much depends on having a �good� business plan, there is no industry standard for writing one. The good news is that each approach shares common information. The purpose of this course is to give an overview of the Certified Business Plan (CBP). The CBP is the result of 14 years experience of business plan writing and is the most comprehensive plan available. This class provides an overview and break-down of the CBP. The student who understands the concepts presented to produce a CBP will be able to use any other format successfully.

Financing a Business & Cash Flow Management

This is a four-hour introductory course which provides the foundation for business finance. Typically a full semester class consisting of 55-60 hours, this is a summary of a traditional MBA course but with a twist. Most business finance courses are designed with the fortune 500 company in mind. This course is designed for a small business owner running a company of $100,000 to $5,000,000 in annual revenue. The business finance and cash flow management course will provide the start-up and ongoing business owner a chance to understand all the various ways cash is acquired and managed.
