This four-hour course will provide a foundation in understanding the important of barriers to entry related to intellectual property. It will also summarize the legal issues that lenders and equity providers are seeking prior to providing capital to a business. While business law takes two to three years to complete to become an attorney, a business consultant instructor will provide the entrepreneur’s with an overview of the legal issues most small business entrepreneur’s face daily in running their business.
