We have a full time, on site Customer service unit as well as after hours “real person” telephone support and our client services staff is available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST. This purpose of this column is to let our clients know about the work our staff is doing to make your experience with iBank even better.
Recently we upgraded our telephone system to handle increased volume of calls. This upgrade more than doubled our capacity to receive and make calls. What this means to you, our customer is that you should never receive a busy signal when calling iBank. At the same time we completed an upgrade of our computer network so you don’t hear those dreaded words “our computers are down”. We are growing and we want to make it easy for our small business customers, lenders, venture capital investors, insurers and brokers to grow with us.
