STEP 3. View and Buy Loans
View Campaigns Screen
You have now completed a campaign with all the specifications. This screen will display the purchasing status and sorting options.
There are three sections to this screen. The Action Buttons are used for buying applications. The Purchase Status Screen and Sort By Fields are used to view the loans of your selected criteria's. By selecting choices from the right two menus, and clicking on the Refresh button, you can view your current and historical loan applications
You can view your campaigns by clicking on the top left View All Campaigns button:
View and Manage All Campaigns
You are taken to the View and Manage All Campaigns screen and will be able to view all your campaigns.
Show All Campaigns Loans link will show you all the loans you selected for all your campaigns.
Show Loans link will display all the loan applications you have for the selected campaign.
Archive link will disable your campaign yet still retain the settings for future use.
Details link will show you each campaign in detail with your chosen criteria.
View and Manage Loans
You are taken to the View Campaign screen and will be able to view all your loan applications for the selected campaign.
Displaying text on the top will show you the number of loan applications you have and the number of loans per page.
Clear, View Preqial, View Prequal and Add Contact, and Archive buttons on top of the table will give you more options besides buying the loans.
Match Rate the last column, will show you haw may of your pre-quals are matched with each loan application.
The green, blue, and orange buttons enable you to buy the pre-qual, contact, or the application.
Buy and View Buttons
Buying Pre-quals
You can purchase information on a pre-qual by clicking this button, which displays a price underneath. Pre-qual information is a cost effective way to see if the loan matches up with your criteria.
When you see the View Pre-qual button and there is no price, you may view the pre-qual information with no charge because you have already purchased it.
Buying Contact Information
This button also shows a price underneath and you must pay the price to see the contact information. Buying contact information gives you the name, company, phone number, email, and fax number of a potential loan officer.
Buying Applications
With this button and displayed price underneath, you must pay in order to view the application with all the information you requested for your loan.
