My Accounts: Lender Options
Simply click on the My Account tab to view and update your information. Lenders have the option to review and update their information provided by iBank at any time.
There are five Lender Options links:
Update contact information
Update company description
View Lender user agreement
Update default proposal options
Update credit card
Click on Update contact information and you will be able to re-enter your information. Click on Update Contact Information button to update the changed information. Click on the My Account tab to go back to home.
Click on Update company description and you will be able to enter or change company description. Now re-enter or change the existing company information on the editable region. Click on the Update Company Description button to update the changed information. Click on the My Account tab to go back to home.
Click on the Update contact information link on the My Account home page and you will be able to view the Lender Agreement. Click on the Back button or arrow on the top left corner, to go back to My Account home.
Click on the Update credit card link in red and you will be taken to the Welcome to New Customer Search Service page. Click on the Submit New Credit Card button to proceed. Now re-enter or change the existing information on the editable regions and click on the SubmitCreditCard button to update the information. Click on the My Account tab or Return to Your Home link to go back to home.
