Crisis Intervention

Crisis intervention involves the immediate or short term methods and actions used to resolve the crisis. When a crisis occurs, it is important to resolve it as quickly as possible and short term solutions are necessary to do that. Once a crisis is over, it becomes necessary to put in processes and solutions that are longer term to prevent the crisis from occurring again at a later date, however for immediate resolution, a crisis intervention is the most important process.
