I am having trouble logging in.

If you are having trouble logging into iBank.com whether it is forgetting your username/password or you don't know why you can't login and you do remember your username/ password, please follow the steps below.

Forgot Your Username and/or Password?

1. Please go to www.iBank.com and click on the "login" button on the far top right of the iBank homepage.

2. This will take you to the login page of iBank. Once you are on this page at the very bottom please click on the "Forgot Your Username and/or Password" button which is below the "Enter My Vault" button.

3. Once you are on this page please fill in the requested information. If all you know are your email address and your first and last name,(we hope you know that) that's fine. iBank will search its data base and send your username with a temporary password.

4. WARNING - Once you get your temporary password please make sure you copy and paste the temporary password into the password box on the iBank login page. Many times if you try to type the temporary password in manually, it won't work. Also, when you copy the temporary password from the email iBank sends you, make sure there are no extra spaces after the last letter or number in the temporary password.

5. Once you have logged in with your temporary password, it will ask you immediately to change your password. Please follow the instructions to change your password.

6. Boom..done


Don't Know Why I Can't Login?

If you don't know why you can't login to iBank.com and you do remember your username and password please follow the steps below.

1. Please delete your cookies on your computer by following the steps below.

2. Close your current web browser and open and new one.

3. On the top right of the web browser there is a button that says "Tools" with a down arrow. Click or drag your mouse over that button and scroll down to "Internet Options"

4. Once you click on the "Internet Options" tab, there will be a button that says "Delete" Click on that button and it will bring you to a new page. There should be a button that says "Delete Cookies" Click on the that button. Once you click on that button a window will come up that will ask you if you are sure you want to delete your cookies. SAY YES!!

5. Give it a few minutes and then close all the windows and go back to www.iBank.com and try to login again.

6. If this does not work, please try having a temporary password sent to you by following the steps in the above example.

8. Boom..Done!!
