Thank you for your post to iBank.com. If you have registered and have PAID for the FinanceSuite package and have not been contacted, please follow the steps below to notify iBank service providers that you are still looking for service.
If you have NOT paid for the FinanceSuite package, well..you need to pay in order to be able to do the following.
1. Please go to www.iBank.com and login with your secure username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can have a temporary username or password sent to you by using the "Forgot my password/username" link which is below the "Enter My Vault" tab on the login page.
2. Now that you have logged in, you are now on the home page of YOUR secure vault. At the top of YOUR vault there is a "Loan Center" tab. Click on the loan center tab.
3. Once you are on the next page you will see a 2 tone green rectangular box with all of your recent loan request information. 2nd farthest to the right there should be a space that says "Lenders View App." Below that there will be a link that says "# Lenders have viewed your application." Click on that link.
4. If your application has been seen by any lenders there will be 2 rectangular green boxes. The first green box will be lenders that have already viewed your loan application with their contact info. The second green box, below the first one, will be all the iBank lending institutions that have not viewed your loan application. If no lenders have viewed your loan application there will only be one box.
5. To contact all the iBank lending institutions that have not viewed your application, put a check mark in the box to the far left of the lending institutions name. Once you have chosen all the iBank lending institutions you want to contact, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Send Email to lender" button.
6. Boom.Done!!
