Login In Help
If you are having trouble logging into iBank, whether it is forgetting your username/password or if you do not know why you can't login and you do remember your username/ password, please follow the steps below.
Forgot Your Username and/or Password?
- Please click on the "login" button on the far top right of the iBank webpage.
- This will take you to the login page of iBank. Click on the "Forgot Your Username and/or Password" button which is below the "Enter My Vault" button.
- Please fill in the requested information, and click the "Send Password" button.
- Once you get your temporary password please make sure you copy and paste the temporary password into the password box on the iBank login page. Many times if you try to type the temporary password in manually, it won't work. Also, when you copy the temporary password from the email iBank sends you, make sure there are no extra spaces after the last letter or number in the temporary password.
- When you have logged in with your temporary password, the system will ask you to change your password. Please follow the instructions to change your password.
Don't Know Why I Can't Login?
If you don't know why you can't login to iBank.com and you do remember your username and password please follow the steps below.
- Please delete your cookies on your computer by following the steps below.
- Close your current web browser and open and new one.
- On the top right of the web browser there is a button that says "Tools" with a down arrow. Click or drag your mouse over that button and scroll down to "Internet Options".
- Once you click on the "Internet Options" tab, there will be a button that says "Delete" Click on that button and it will bring you to a new page. There should be a button that says "Delete Cookies" Click on the that button. Once you click on that button a window will come up that will ask you if you are sure you want to delete your cookies. Click Yes.
- Give it a few minutes and then close all the windows and go back to iBank and try to login again.
- If this does not work, please try having a temporary password sent to you by following the steps in the above example.
