I have a billing issue
I was double billed
- One reason for a double billing is if you push the I Accept Process My Payment button twice. Once we look into this if this is what happened we will correct it.
- Our electronic merchant who processes the payment sends the payment information that you submitted for approval to the processing center. The processing center will review the information given. If the data given is not sufficient the there is a hold put on the payment. The payment has not left your account but is just not accessible to you for a few days. The electronic merchant will them resubmit the payment and the payment will go through and then the payment will show as a double billing until the first one cancels. It will do so automatically.
I didn't recognize the name on my credit statement.
- iBank.com is owned by Virtrue Capital. Your statement should show iBank.com however, historically Virtrue Capital and Credentrust Software have shown. This has not been changes to so iBank.com but if Virtrue Capital and Credentrust Software these charges are for what you purchased on iBank.com

Why was my credit card charged
- Your account will be billed every Friday morning for leads purchased from the week, and at the end of each month. The card will also be charged if there is a balance of $250 or more. Monthly hosting is charged to your account once a month at the beginning of each month.
How can I see all transactions in my account
- All credit card transactions are available for view in your vault. To view, go to the "Report Tab" and click "View Payment Report." This will be a list of all credit card transactions. To see what leads these correspond to you can view a list of all leads purchased. Under the "Report Tab," click on the "View application request report" and you can search all leads purchased for specific time ranges.
