Many small businesses are making New Year’s resolutions that will help make their business more successful. Here at iBank, we too have a few New Year’s resolutions that we would like to see happen.
Randy Wells, Chief Marketing Officer, has many ideas for what can take iBank to the next level. His primary New Year’s business resolution for 2012 would be to make iBank the recognized brand for financial help of all small businesses in America. Lastly, he feels that if we can achieve that, all other goals that iBank has will fall perfectly into place.
Nick Way, Cultural Intelligence, would like to continue a culture of communication within iBank. Nick feels that in order for a company to reach its full potential, keeping open all communication channels is extremely important. He would is also developing a training system that is so efficient that a new hire could pick up the training manual and without ever being trained by an actual person, be able to succeed at their new job and know exactly what to do.
Rebecca Dargatz, Director of Public Relations, has a few New Year’s business resolutions that she would like to make happen in 2012. First, in keeping with iBank’s vision, Rebecca would like to keep Americans working by helping them qualify for small business loans and working lines of credit to help keep their businesses fully operational. Secondly, she wants to make iBank a household name. With the opening of 400 offices nationwide, Rebecca wants everyone to know who iBank is and what we can do to help every small business in America.
America Valdez, Senior Operations Manager, Her business resolution is to recruit and hire quality candidates that fit perfectly within our company culture. America also wants to keep up the improvement of systems that help keep iBank running, organized, and efficient.
Product Development, Derek Kennedy, would like to see iBank continue its efforts to expand nationwide. He would also like iBank to continue to build strong partnerships with some of the top business professionals of their industry. Lastly, Derek would like to keep up the development of a more personable experience for the customers of iBank.com.
Shawn Frilot, Business Development Manager, His resolution is to further his experience and knowledge of network administration. Shawn is also establishing a larger network in 2012.
