The satisfaction of seeing a dream put into action and work has few equals. When you’ve had a dream for something and you’ve taken it so far as to actually lay your money, time, and future on the line for it, seeing that dream produce dividends is what drives the creation of all business.
Through our single-minded commitment to our founding idea of helping small businesses across the country, we at iBank are set to open 400 offices by December 2012. Even during these hard times (we survived the maelstrom of 2008), there is still plenty of room for small businesses to survive and thrive here in America. But this isn’t about us…
All across the country today, small business owners went to work with the desire to turn their dreams into reality. This is the way that America gets back to work. While small business owners pursue their own goals, they in turn will hire employees to produce/service towards those goals. Those employees will then take their wages and patronize other businesses, which then are able to hire more of their own employees to pursue their own ends, and on it goes. This cycle of self-interest has always driven the US economy, and as long as there are still entrepreneurs seeking dividends from their dreams, it will continue to be.
All it takes is that one idea, and the drive to see it through.
