Inside your Vault

Much like a personalized home page created in Yahoo! or MSN, your secure FinanceSuite vault homepage displays important information regarding Email Correspondence, Credit Reports, and Vault Options. A chart at the top of the vault informs you of your current loan status, namely, the number of applications viewed by lenders.

Within the vault you have many choices. There are four main Sections in your Vault: Applications, Credit Reports, Correspondence, and Vault Options.


 Applications
Create a Professional Loan Package
In the Applications section you can start creating your Professional Loan Package. The gold buttons on the top of applications will guide you in creating and maintaining the digital loan package. The button options are:
  1. View Application
    2. : there are nine applications you will be filling out
  2. Update Application
    3. : update your loan application information in this section
  3. Uploaded Documents
    4. : upload files in many formats jpg, pdf, gif and many more
  4. Lenders meeting criteria
    5. : view the contact list of the qualified lenders
  5. Notes
    6. : notate any correspondences with lenders or view notes from lenders
  6. Correspondence
    7. : view and manage correspondences between you and the lenders
  7. View Proposals
    8. : lenders will leave proposals for your loan request for you
  8. View Winning Proposal
    9. : lenders can view your application if you select their proposal
  9. Exclude Lenders
    10. : use this if for any reason you don't want a lender to see your loan

Within the application you can view your application, upload additional documents, notate any correspondences or proposals from lenders, and view how many lenders meet your criteria to fund your loan.
